Samek Vov
On Sunday morning, February 5, 2006 Life Center was blessed
to have Prophet Chuck Pierce bring the Word of the Lord and a mandate
for this season.
One emphasis in his message was what this year
represents Hebraiclly. In the Hebrew calendar every year has a number,
every number has a symbol and every symbol has a sound. 5700 means
the year of….
The number 60 is samek – which means to circle, surround
or come full circle. While last year, 5765, was the year of the
samek hei, which pictured a window lattice with the circular symbol
samek, this year, 5766, in the Hebrew calendar is samek vov which
represents the same circular symbol, but with a tent peg or vov
thru it This year of samek vov, is the year to stake your claim
and to move forward, to take stewardship of your realm of authority.
It’s the year to move out, break thru, and break out into
new territory. To stake claim to your future, connect with the
next generation and drive a stake thru the enemy’s head and
allow God to kill your flesh. The tent peg also connects heaven
and earth establishing His kingdom in the earth realm. It’s
a year to pull down, thru intercession, what we’ve seeded
in heaven.
This prophetic painting, “Stake Your Claim” was
painted during the service starting with worship and continued
throughout the message. This is what I saw in the spirit, the vov,
piercing the earth, penetrating to the very core. It’s a
visual prophetic demonstration of what this aspect of the year
represents.
The second painting, “The Shout” represents
the vov, (tent peg), in another application. Vov also represents
the shout, in scripture. As we shout, heaven is penetrated and
responds. In this painting the nail pierced hands of Jesus release
healing anointing into the earth realm. Our shout vibrates, as
we break thru and break out, the Lord responds and impacts earth
with the anointing that destroys every yoke. This painting was
done on February 12 th as prophet Mary brought us part 2 of the
message on fasting.
Isaiah 58 : 8, 9 Then your light shall spring
forth as morning, your healing shall spring forth speedily, and your
righteousness shall go before you: the Glory of the Lord shall be
your rear guard. Then you shall call and the Lord will answer; you
shall cry ; and He will say, “Here I Am.” If you take
away the yoke from your midst.
Isaiah 58 also goes on to say that
your light shall dawn in the darkness, and your darkness shall be as
noon day. It is just so amazing how the Lord will connect truth in
a message on fasting, with a word about the Hebrew meaning of this
year. The vov truly is a spiritual connecting rod in this season. It’s
an exciting time for the Body of Christ and we are so blessed to be
connected in such a way, here at Life Center, to experience the revelation
that God is releasing today thru His Prophets. Praise the Lord!
